Hi everyone,
The breakfast is standard (continental). Don't expect too much from it. The room cooling is effective, and the rooms are quite comfortable. However, a machine operating on the 4th floor was so loud that we had trouble sleeping. The lobby is a mosquito nest. We only tried to sit down for coffee a couple of times outside of breakfast and ended up in our room with severe bites. This hotel is incapable of solving a problem that could have been solved with a simple pest control. The Despite requesting housekeeping upon arrival, we had to constantly follow up. The housekeeping manager either can't plan for this or doesn't know how to do it. Why do we have to keep track of room cleaning? And why do we have to endure this stress? Do we have to constantly check to see if our trash has been removed and our towels replaced? What kind of ridiculous hotel management is this? How awful is it to have to remind the receptionists every time about this? Don't ask for housekeeping when you check in. Getting this service is either a miracle or requires strict monitoring. It's a loss for us to pay this amount of money for a bad experience, but it might be a good recommendation for you. We will never choose this hotel again on our next visit to Austin. We also advise you to never choose this hotel. We are saddened and angry about this disappointment on our first visit to the US.Hovever staff is friendly and helpful. Have a great holiday/travel, everyone.
I apologize for any English
