Please don't select any deals for this place from hotels.com
I had booked 5 rooms on the basis of a deal via hotels. com and got confirmation almost 5 months in advance. On the day of my booking the hotel says that they haven't confirmed it. If that's the case then please don't list this on the website.
This has been my worst experience via hotels.com and i would never recommend this garbage place to anyone.

Gokulam convention centre
Hotel needs to clarify the rooms are allocated in convention centre and not in the actual hotel

Denied checking, reasons hotel overbooked
Very bad experience. Made reservation through orbitz. When went to the hotel to check in they denied check in , reason told they over booked, not have the same room. Needed more money . Don't book this hotel, very rude staff, not worth time & money. Made a bad choice.

you cant let anyone into room ,Unreliable wifi,
Worst stay in my entire life.unreliable wifi ,none of my friends can come into my room .the staffs saying i have to meet in their restaurant. poorest of poor breakfast.construction noise throughout the stay.overpriced for the poor stay. charged extra fees to let my friend to enter my room.totally disastrous stay.never recommends to any friends

Nice Hotel except Service
Hotel is situated 5-6 kms from Ernakulam city limits.I stayed there along with my family for 2 days. I preferred this hotel because of the name " Gokulam Gopalan" who is a well known business man in Kerala.As far as property is concerned, it's quiet beautiful. But I was really disappointed with the attitude & behaviour of staff, especially the front office staff. They are not trained enough to be courteous & pleasant towards the guests. There is a saying that "first impression is the best impression" & as far as a hotel is concerned, front office is predominant. "Good service & guest satisfaction" is the key for the success of hotel business. Also the tariff is on the higher side compared to the facilities offered to the guests. If the top authorities can address & rectify this issue, it can go on to become one of the leading hotels in kerala.
