The hotel was very clean and had a nice well appointed room. Great to catch some sleep before or after a flight. My only complaint is that the room's insulation was very bad.

Good position for mid night flight

非常不错，酒店就在机场里面，出了海关后，下楼就可以到达，并且机场里面就有关于酒店位置的指示。并且酒店房间也非常干净，各种设施齐全，并且干净整洁。早餐也很不错，味道好

Even in Covid-19 situation and lack of enough hotel staff, the hotel is very hygienic and the staff was highly co-operative.

The stay was peasant given the COVID-19 situation and restrictions due to the lock-down in Mumbai. Despite those restrictions the staff were very pleasant and did their best to make guests comfortable.

Room was OK and location good. We goot a good deal through Hotels, the list price was double compared to what we paid and at this rate it would have been grossly overpriced. After staying a night, we were not allowed to leave our bulky luggage for storage but had to leave it at the airport facility and pay 1000 rs. Very disappointing, since the obvious reason for choosing the hotel was that we didn't want to transport our luggage back and forth when transiting.

Convenient. Slightly expensive for the price though

During Check in time i wait more then 30mins. I check in and after 5 min check out and they did not provied water or any snacks. In the room no free water, coffee or snacks. I have very bad experience.

What a convenient place to stay, right there in terminal two. So nice to get off a late night flight, get horizontal for a few hours, and heading off the next day. Very convenient if you get in late or need to leave very early. Really everything was super convenient. Only "issue" was the room felt a bit dank until AC was turned on, but that cleared very quickly.
