The decoration of this hotel is so beautiful, especially the lobby and the room. And it is located at Fatih where you could avoid the traffic jam, compared with the hotel in blue mosque area. It is an advantage if You need to catch flight.
More importantly, the service here is perfect, the staffs are well-trained and helpful. They helped to call taxi for us and when we lost the wallet, the staff, Hazel, whatsapp me about the incident immediately which lesson our worries a lot! She gave it back to us when we are back to Istanbul. So, highly recommend this hotel!!
