Good value for large room

The room was large with high ceilings and 3 large storage cupboards. Ensuite bathroom was adequate, had instantaneous wall mounted water heater and semi-circular shower with 2 sliding doors. Bed was comfy. Anne was welcoming and easily contactable by phone. Small basic cafe in the basement, open for breakfast. Positioned on a busy road, about 30 min steady walk to Albert Dock, Liverpool One, Beatles Museum, bus tours and a short Mersey river cruise.

Beautiful building but needs TLC.

The important things were clean, the bedding, bathroom etc. The rooms need some TLC and could be amazing. Loved the features, large rooms, easy to get in with key fobs, clear instructions, even parking outside although pot luck if there's a space. What let it down was easy to fix stuff like broken tables, tatty wardrobe, dirty headboards, curtains hanging off in room 2, carpets grubby. This beautiful building is in a great location and feels safe. Wouldn't take much to make it fabulous.

Great for Graduation

Everything was clean and tidy, a couple of little issues, but that was more to do with personal choices. The breakfast was really good value for money 8 -10 am. Its unfortunate that theres a 4 lane road out the front, and the police do like their sirens,but that cant be helped. Parking was easy right outside on the road. A little shop within 200 yards. We were there for a graduation, and it was a 5 minute to the Cathedral . Ann the manager, is fabulous and very effective and efficient. So big thanks to you all.

Instructions were spot on and room was good value for money. Shower wasn’t in best state, with a curtain instead of a sliding door and the shower head couldn’t stay in place as holder was broken, so more like hosing yourself down instead of showering.

Great hotel and the room had everything needed for my stay, there is a cafe onsite too. This hotel is walkable to/from the city centre, and also situated close to Liverpool Cathedral. I will book again when i am in the area

Eine phantastische Unterkunft im schönen Liverpool

Ich mag diesese Unterkunft, welche ich meistens buche, wenn ich in Liverpool bin. Es ist ein wunderschönes Quartier im Hope Street-Viertel bei den beiden Kathedralen. Auch ein Spaziergang ist schön dort oben, weil die Häuser sehr schön sind und es auch viele Bars, Cafés und Restaurant gibt. Echt empfehlenswert. Bucht aber besser ein Zimmer hinter dem Haus, denn vorne rauscht es doch mächtig wegen den vielen Autos. Vorne ist nur der Attic Room (sehr schön und gemütlich) empfehlenswert, da doch sehr weit oben, wo man den Autolärm nicht so hört.
