Horrible mi experiencia, pésimo servicio y cero empatía. El encargado o gerente nunca estuvo disponible, según siempre estuvo fuera del hotel y jamás dieron el nombre del encargado ya que no lo podían dar. Pésimo en todo, cero servicio!

A lovely comfortable spot- a green oasis in the city. There is a lovely upstairs bar and lounge area but it was not open the 5 nights I stayed unfortunately. Room, bed, and bath were really comfortable and well appointed. I wish there was recycling for the plastic water bottles. Restaurant was solid for breakfast.

Fue nuestra primer visita a Oaxaca, y entre tantas opciones de alojamiento elegimos Casa Vertiz por su ubicación y porque en las evaluaciones comentaron que era el lugar ideal para descansar. Las habitaciones a pesar de ser pequeñas, están bien distribuidas, con linda decoración, iluminación variada que te permite encender luces tenues o gran luminosidad si así lo requieres, además cuentan con ventanas interiores que te dan amplitud. Su ubicación es excelente, a unas cuadras de Santo Domingo y puedes llegar caminando a los sitios de interés en la ciudad. Lo mejor es el descanso tranquilo después de las largas caminatas, con una excelente limpieza, camas cómodas y sufientes almohadas! Muy amable el personal de limpieza así como el guía que nos recomendaron para las visitas fuera de la ciudad. En cuanto a el staff de recepción y portero, a pesar ser amables, deberían de mejorar el servicio de hospitalidad que tiene consigo el concepto de hotel boutique ya que la percepción es que están un tanto desorganizados. No cuenta con elevador, pero las escaleras al segundo piso no son complicadas y personal del hotel sube tus maletas a tu llegada. Cuenta con restaurante, la comida variada, que resulta muy práctico, aunque les vendría bien ser más eficientes. Solo recomendaría que ofrecieran batas y pantuflas dentro de sus amenidades. Sin duda, lo recomendamos para una tranquila estancia en Oaxaca.

The staff is what makes Casa Vertiz special. They were highly courteous and kind. In fact the desk clerk was so helpful in sending a courier to deliver a package we left at the hotel. Please share my gratitude with her! And even beyond that, my appreciation extends to all members of the staff who were just perfect. Like i said earlier, they were what made my stay at Casa Vertiz a great one! Thanks!

The room was stylish comfortable and immaculate. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The lovely patio restaurant was perfect for coffee or breakfast. (I was not there at dinner time). The location is perfect for exploring Oaxaca: central but very quiet.

This hotel is in the middle of the best of Oaxaca, in walking distance to great restaurants and colonial sites. The rooms are well appointed and quiet.
