房间里无法连接上酒店wifi

酒店位于海滩有4-5个街区，步行10分钟后，远了一点。我入住的那天，在公共区域可以连上酒店的wifi，房间信号满格，但就是无法连上wifi。前台非常敬业，想了很多办法，可惜最后还是没能解决。当然，问题并不在前台。希望酒店加强管理，不要让这一问题影响自己的声誉。

O hotel em si é muito bom e charmoso. A equipe é atenciosa no geral e as instalações de qualidade. A comida do café da manhã é muito boa e as refeições da cozinha custam bem menos do que nos restaurantes próximos, mantendo um nível melhor de qualidade. Nossa única ressalva foi em relação ao nosso quarto que consideramos bastante ruidoso e sem privacidade, dada a vista da avenida movimentada (o que foi anunciado como vista da cidade era vista de uma avenida qualquer bem movimentada). Fora isso, foi tudo bem.

This was my 3rd stay at this property. I wish they had a way to pay for breakfast in the dining area versus having to go down to pay then back up to eat. When I was checking in after about 13 hours of travel time, I forgot to get my passport back due to exhaustion. I never realized it, and after 3 times of going down to the front desk, they still never handed it back to me. I checked out and realized I never got it once I was hours away. I wish they had brought it to my room after I checked in or at least had given it back on one of the 3 times I went to the front desk. They did keep it safe for a friend to pick up a couple days later.

Clean, comfortable, and hospitable stay

The rooms and pool were delightful, clean and comfortable. The lobby did not reflect the quality of the rooms, which were very nice. Similarly, the neighborhood did not seem desirable, but it was walking distance to Quinta Avenida with various shops and greats spots to eat. The service was very friendly. Overall, a nice stopover en route to the airport.
