Pleasant resort downtown
Very comfortable hotel with lots of amenities and services. I particularly liked the room, its cleanliness, the size and view over the pool area. The location is also great for day trips pick-ups and a very short walk to lively streets. I also enjoyed the fitness room, the beautiful pools with the lounge chairs. I would have liked for the breakfast to open at 6:30am rather than 7am which is when day trips start so there is barely anytime to get to breakfast if you are waiting for a bus to leave for the day. Other than that, I think this is a great value and I would definitely come back.

Misleading photos, not good room, nice amenities
The pool area was great and the hotel is very clean, but the Hotels.com profile is a bit misleading. The first three pictures (with the beach and rooftop pool) labeled “miscellaneous” are the beach club that is an extra charge $30+ per day and it’s obviously at a different location, because this hotel is in central Cancun (which is a great location to be walkable to food places and mercados). The lobby area is nice, as is the gym. If you are wondering why there are two Hotels.com profiles, it’s because the second building (attached to Oh! and the same lobby) is actually called “Smart The Urban Oasis.” They put me in a room on this side (Smart The Urban Oasis) and it was not great. The furniture did not look anywhere as nice as the photos, the shower needed replacement and oscillated from hot to cold, and the bed had a singular sheet at the bedding (no blankets or comforters in the room). Also one of the outlets didn’t work and the end and middle of the hall was being renovated. There’s no refrigerator, and there was a coffee machine but no coffee. The breakfast buffet is good, but get there early or you will be waiting for a table. I want to give this hotel a good review, but my experience was not comfortable. This hotel has potential, and I can see why many people like it. I think I had a bad room on the less nice side of the hotel.

BEL HOTEL MAIS TROP BRUYANT
Très bel hôtel, bien situé dans le centre ville, avec un espace piscine magnifique. Personnel bienveillant et professionnel. Petit déjeuner plutôt pauvre (pas de chocolat chaud. J'ai été obligé de quémander. Heureusement le personnel m'a trouvé une solution). Chambre (côté rue) très bruyante (mal insonorisée) et sans obscurité (rideaux peu opaques, lumière du couloir sous la porte, lumières des appareils électriques en veille). Bref impossible de dormir. Un comble pour un hôtel.

Bom, mas con ressalvas.
O Hotel é muito bom, quartos espaçosos, cama enorme, um bom banho e amenidades. Tambem possui maquina de café, mas não tem Frigobar. Cofre nao funcionava e mesmo solicitando duas vezes, ninguém solucionou o problema. Vale dizer que se seu quarto estiver para o lado da avenida e voce tiver sono leve, talvez terá problemas com o barulho dos carros. A area de lazer é muito boa, atendimento excelente e bom café da manhã.
