Correct mais peu mieux faire
Accueil très agréable et sympathique. L'emplacement est idéal à 2 pas des commerces et avec une vue sublime. On sent une intention de vouloir bien faire (frigo, micro-ondes, bouilloire, machine a café...)mais il ne faut pas être trop regardant au niveau de l'hygiène et du confort. Le ménage laisse à désirer (pas fait sous les lits, insectes, toiles d'araignées...), le matériel est limité : réservation pour 5 mais 2 lit doubles, 4 oreillers, 2 serviettes (complément donné sur demande), 3 verres, une dizaine de couteaux mais 1 fourchette... Et faisons abstraction de l'odeur immonde de tabac froid dans les chambres... mais notons que la literie est correcte (vu pire dans des hôtels étoilés), que les chambres sont biens insonorisées (aucun bruit des voisins) et il y fait chaud. En résumé : peut mieux faire car beau potentiel mais hôtel vieillissant nécessitant d'un bon rafraîchissement. Passable pour une étape de quelques nuits et visiter la région mais pas si on recherche des vacances tout confort ou pour une semaine. Personnellement, je retiens les souvenirs en famille et la gentillesse de la personne à l'accueil.

La chambre était grande. Salle de bain et cuisine ordinaires mais fonctionelles. Le lit, la literie et les servietttes etaient très propres et sentaient bons!! Même le couvre-lit :) Les employés etaient disponibles et courtois. Nous avons demandés un départ tardif et il n'y a eu aucun problème. Honnêtement pour le prix, la vue DIRECTE sur le fleuve , le terrain, le 'spot' à feu et l'ensemble de la place, ça vaut la peine!!

It's an old, family-ran motel. Pretty dated but it was great for an overnight stay. Bed was comfy, unit is clean, water pressure is good. My room had a kitchenette with basic amenities but we didn't really use it. The staff are nice and friendly and the views are beautiful! It was a relaxing stay.

The owner met me close to midnight and insisted i park on the grass which was snow covered. I was driving a 26' Uhaul towing a trailer with a car and knew this was a bad idea but he absolutely insisted and kept saying "no problem". Well it was a problem and for stuck. 3 hours the next morning the 3 of us and a local tried to dig out, removing the car, trailer and buying kitty litter in the process. The owner and his wife were extremity helpful I will admit, they were relentless in their efforts to help fix their mistake including not charging me for the one night stay. On the other hand $500 for a tow truck to help pluck the uhaul and trailer out was obscene and not worth the hassle which also cost me to lose my next motel non refundable reservation of $180. The towels smelled funny but other then that it wasn't a bad room, just don't park where it isn't paved regardless of what the owner tells you
