It's a nice staying experience, almost. The attitude of front desk is good, and they are willing to help to provide some basic services such as calling taxi, receiving packages and so on. However, the hose keeping was not good since they did not make my room everyday (1/6), and they did not refill the shampoo everyday either. The most worst is they double charged to my credit card even after checking that I've already paid to hotel dot com. Although they promised me to refund however I still have to suffer for currency and transaction fee. I barely don't believe this is a Hillton series hotel for making this mistake. If it possible I might suggest all visitors to be aware of providing your credit card to this hotel to avoid any double-charged.
