No coffee anywhere on the premise, you have to take your used towels and washcloths to the front counter to get clean one and the beds were so hard and lumpy we won't stay again.

No comfortor or blanket of any kind. One pillow. Had not been swept since at least the last occupant. Very little water pressure in the shower. Non smoking room with burns in countertop. Couldn't check out with a clerk as there is no clerk before 9am.

I called the 800 number so they could get a hold of the lady. We were looking for a clean bed and we did get that. But the refrigerator in the room made such a racket – it sounded more like a garbage disposal – I had to unplug it. When I accidentally locked my key in the room at 8AM there was no one at the front desk and the manager seemed pretty unhappy when I used the call phone to summon her. No real amenities to speak of but at this price I did not expect any. Other than the fridge issue, which was significant, this was good budget option for a clean bed.

Absolutely DISGUSTING hotel and manager Steve Allen. My husbands room was dirty! Dirty bed with used sheets, PEE IN THE TOILET, towels on the floor, trash not taken out! Clearly a dirty and used room yet the manger refuses to give a refund for it. He just wants to take the money and screw over people. He was extremely rude and unprofessional when I spoke with him and when I contacted Expedia about it and they called him he also hung up the phone on them. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Whatever his response will be to this review just know that I already called them 3 times about it and they still refuse the refund. SICK PEOPLE! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Read the reviews! This hotel is dirty!!!

WORST experience EVER!

We did not stay here! We booked this hotel online and when we arrived at 2am, we were told by the night manager, Cheryl, that she had no rooms available. I told her we had a reservation, and she literally said "What do you want me to do - I have no rooms" and slammed the door in our face. We had been driving for hours from Chicago to St. Louis and then through Topeka on our way to Denver. Due to this, we had to keep driving for another 1-1/2 hours to find a hotel in Salina, KS. As we were walking away, a man in the parking lot said he had just checked the hotel availability and there were still rooms. He said that "Cheryl" had recently been brought back after being fired for this same reason previously. Honestly it was a blessing in disguise! This hotel is FILTHY and run down, and I am thankful we did not have to stay here. There was a group of very sketchy people in the parking lot as we walked in and I did not feel safe.
