No wi-fi in the rooms. NON of the rooms.
No Al a carte restaurant.
Food 3 times a day, Prison style servings, if you arrived 20 mins after start, you would be lucky if there was any meat left.
No kids club.
No private beach, only public "putting a flag in the sand doesn't make it private".
No Beach towels.
2 beach chairs on the balcony doesn't make it furnitured.
We ordered a room for 5 people, got a room with 2 single beds and 1 double, do the math.
Satellite tv, we got 9 different turkeys channels.
Being served alcohol by kids as young as 12 years old, is not ok in my book.
Only 1 of the about 20 people in the Hotel was able to saying anything else than ok in English.
There were no options of buying any foreign drinks at all.
Again ordering a room for 5 people, and only getting 2 towels at room cleaning is a joke. having to run down and ask for 3 more every 3rd day.
Very careless handling of our passports, we handed them in at arrival, and the next day they were still just laying at the front desk for anyone to take if they felt like it. NOT my idea of how i would like people to handle my passport or any others for that matter.
I'm sorry if this is very negative, but i think in general i think only 1 or 2 people of the staff had any training in how to work in a hotel, the rest was just random people having a job for the summer.
