Really comfortable and clean room. Felt very new and smelled good. Service was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was a lot of noise in the hallway from other guests throughout the night, but I understand that’s difficult to control as a hotel manager. Thankfully we had brought a sound machine. Overall very please with the hotel!

The room was very clean and the service was great too. The small refrigerator kept defrosting and spoiled what little food was in there. The beds were very comfortable and although there wasn’t a continental breakfast because of Covid-19, they did have a sack breakfast for us each day with a piece of fruit, water bottle and granola bar or equivalent. It would have been better to have a voucher to get breakfast at a local restaurant or at least the option Between the two.

Nice quiet location. The fridge had a little freezer for my ice pack and it's very close to the visitor center. There was an alien restaurant in front for a cute photo op.

My mother and I stayed here 2 yrs ago and were pleased but this time the hotel was not clean, Mgr did not disclose the protocol for Covid-19, management did not wear masks with the exception of one manager, the elevator floors were sticky, the debris on the 3rd floor remained on the floor for 5 days. Chocolate milk was spilled all over the men's bathroom and the garbage receptacles were overflowing in both the men and women's bathrooms. Three family members also stayed at the hotel and they were not pleased. There were a lot of elderly people at the hotel also and water on and around the elevator could have caused a major problem. But the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My mother was the one that stayed at the hotel this time and these are the comments she mentioned to me. Upon checkout these comments were also given to the new manager, Steve.

We stopped in Omaha on our way back home from out west where we were vacationing. We were very impressed with the entire hotel and the room. Everything was clean, it was quiet and we had a very restful night

Really clean and very friendly

If you’re going to close down breakfast service, then you need to give a refund for the stay. I realize you did this for coronavirus but there are still ways to provide food for the medical workers who are staying at your hotel.

Love your hotel! We stay at the Hampton Inn every year for a wc b-ball tournament. The staff is phenomenal and goes far beyond normal service to meet our needs. Case in point: our program came back to the hotel after a full day of b-ball games - your staff (Fawn) helped set up the lobby for us to have a get together with another team. She brought in tables and helped rearrange the lobby! Thank you Hampton. We will be back!

Over the top customer service and the staff was sooo nice and accommodating!
