The beds were ok and clean. The walls were thin… the sounds from the highway outside were very loud in the room. They provided ear plugs, so we should have known it was going to be bad. The bathroom was dirty, the drain was blocked, the vanity was rotten at the bottom of the cabinet and doors. The grout was falling out of the shower tiles.

I left Sydney Airport at 10.30pm. I had received an email and WhatsApp message from the hotel that the reception closes at 10pm and that they were placing my key in a night key box. I had travelled 12hrs and I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and that I was only going to be staying 4-5hrs. The only thing I needed was a warm shower and bed. Managed to get into the hotel, but to my shock, there were NO TOWELS at all! No face towels, no bathmat! And given that reception was closed, I couldn't ask anyone. For someone who only needed a shower before rest, it was just the worst thing to happen! I didn't even shower the next morning either - I just washed my face at 3.30am and went to the airport. I reached my final destination another 12hrs later ... then got to shower! I've never been so disappointed with a hotel!

Really nice modern room, but traffic noise was bad, i knew what to expect when i saw ear plugs in the room haha being on main road. Recommend unless your a light sleeper

For what we paid it was okay. The roof was leaking onto the floor at the end of the bed. Not enough room for our luggage to avoid leak as well as moving around the room. There was a main pipe running on the roof that you could hear whenever flushed the toilet or had a shower. The walls were very thin and could hear people talking and children screaming at all hours of the night. Aside from that the staff were friendly and said hello when walking through the foyer.

Do not stay here! We booked because it was close to the airport but regretted it immensely. The room was tiny - couldn’t even open the bar fridge door fully as it would hit the bed - there was the same amount of space around the entire bed. The walls were paper thin meaning we could hear all foot traffic outside of the room and were kept up until almost 2am listening to the person in the room next to us on the phone to his friends. The shutters did not prevent all light from coming into the room so it felt as though a light was on the whole time. The ensuite was tiny and the shower water pressure was poor and there was mould in the shower. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

Returning guest. Great location if driving to the airport - about 10-15 minutes in peak hr! Train station a quick easy walk - but must change trains if going to the airport - still very quick however. Free street parking around the corner. The issue we had this time were noisy guests. There is no 'sound" blocking between walls or ceilings. These particular guests talked loud non stop til 5am - when we had to leave for the airport! We could hear every word. Must have been high on drugs or something- then they stopped for a short time - then started up again. Because of the tile and tin roof - all noises are louder. We didn't sleep at all. But for that, this is a convenient and well priced place to stay. Very nice.

Noisy. Visible pipes in ceiling constantly being flushed. Can hear conversations (etc) from other rooms, including a person who decided to play flute at 10.45pm. Had to leave in the middle of the night for another hotel. Reception was closed.

- No manual lock on door. - Sink next to the bed. - Tiny toilet, I’m short and if I closed the door, my knees touched the door. No idea how a tall person would fit. The toilet is literally next to your head when you sleep. - Extremely noisy from traffic. my room was basically next to the main Princes Hwy road. - The rooms have no sound proofing. You can clearly hear people talking in the next room. You can also hear their TV loudly. - Can hear the water run through the pipes which are visible in the ceiling of the room and covered with fake leaves - Light bulb was squealing, had to remove the bulb that was so old and dusty and hadn’t been replaced. - Fridge was noisy and had to unplug. - No phone to call reception. - Went out for the whole day on day 1 and room still wasn’t made up. I didn’t say anything to reception but when it happened again on day 2, I asked reception and they said no housekeeping. I had to ask for a fresh towel. The details on their website ad includes housekeeping. - No do not disturb sign for the door. - The hallway light shines so brightly through the gap under the door. I had to put a towel over it to block out the light. - No safe. - No one told me when I checked in that reception would close at 10pm and you need to access the side door using a passcode. Luckily there was a mobile number to call and someone answered to tell me the PIN. This information should be told to all guests upon check in. They include it on the card that has your room
