Not sure what’s going on at the moment with the Hotel. A previous stay is what swayed me to book again. But I feel as though the food, rooftop club and bars being closed should have been said in a note before booking and not days later when it was time to check in. There was no iron or steamer in the room. Tried to call front desk, and there was no power cord in the phone. Had to walk on the bouncy elevator to go down and ask. But they did bring it very fast! The room was very clean. They came everyday, which I loved. And although they didn’t have an ice machine, they did give me a ziploc bag of ice. So that was a good alternative. If there are carts to help with your belongings, I didn’t see any. The inconvenience just seemed to be an all time high for the price we paid. And I’ve stayed here before and it was so much better. So I’m not sure if there’s a mgmt change, remodeling, or what but it was definitely a different experience than expected. The comfort (bedding, dim lighting, shower temperature and flow was great.
