I recently stayed and overall good experience.
The staff were exceptional very polite, helpful, and their English communication skills were excellent, making check-in and requests very easy. The location is a major highlight; the airport bus stops just a two-minute walk away, and the main Myeongdong shopping area is only a 10-minute walk, which was incredibly convenient.
The room was reasonably clean. However, the soundproofing wasn't the best; I often heard noise from the corridor, and there was some street noise one night. The bathroom could also use some updates like the bathtub showed signs of wear and age, and the sink was very small, causing water to splash onto the floor when washing my face.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay due to the service and location. Despite the minor room issues, I would consider staying here again on my next visit.
