It was a very congenial environment. Liz and her husband were very helpful and the location was perfect. It was a very walkable area.

We had a lovely stay! Great location that was walking distance to all points of interest. Easy access to free trolly right outside the entry door. Inn keeper was super helpful and friendly. Very nice continental breakfast. Room was quiet and clean.

Great place all around

Liz and the staff are so personable and helpful! It’s very homey and comfortable. The happy hour on the beautiful rooftop terrace was an unexpected pleasure. Highly recommend!

Quaint, quiet Inn

We had an amazing stay here while attending my son's graduation from the Navy ODS class. This is perfect, quaint, quiet inn to stay in Newport! And the breakfast is amazing!

Great Inn, Good Price

Place had a lot of character, friendly staff, right in the heart of Newport, tight parking but they had a good system, allowed you to pre- check in so you could park even if your room wasn’t ready

Wonderful escape at the Yankee Pedder

The Yankee Peddler gave us a perfect stay for a few relaxing days in Newport. The room was comfortable, quiet and attractive, the staff were friendly and informative, the continental breakfast was superb (broad, healthy and attractive), the location is an easy, safe 4-block walk to the waterfront (we didn't use the car once during our stay), and the free city buses stop right at the front door. Staff gave us great suggestions on places to eat and things to do. Our stay was totally enjoyable.

Great Newport Stay!

This is a truly quaint and lovely Inn situated perfectly in the Newport town for walking most anywhere. It’s family fun and the included breakfast is a great perk. Highly recommend!

Hotel was close to downtown Newport and very convenient to all that we wanted to do, Cliff Walk, Sail boat Tour and dining). People were great and very helpful

Overall we had a great time. We really liked the rooftop area, the continental breakfast was better than expected, the room was very nice for an Inn, albeit very light on outlets, the front desk staff were very helpful. The best thing about it is the close proximity to the Newport waterfront, shopping, dining and mansion areas.

Wonderful spot. Easy to find and convenient to everything Newport has to offer. Staff was welcoming and kind. Room and inn were clean. Would definitely stay here again.
