Grat location in the village, service not so good when we check in, the woman at front desk did not talk much, never say welcome, did not give us any recomendations, you can tell the hotel needs personel trainning on service, they need to come to stay in a hotel in Cancun to learn about service and tourism. The room 610 that we got was to small, it was our 4th time at Whistler and never stay before in a room with full kitchen that was so small, the bed its 1 step from the kitchen, 1 step from the dinning table, no real closet available, they put in a thiny space a sliding door that felt down everytime we opened and they call that a closet. The doors and windows need to be change cause you can hear the noise from outside all night and also the noise on the next rooms beside, definetly not coming back.
