I stayed in the deluxe suite for 4 days. Room is spacious and it is highly appreciated that there is a modern steam jet cloth cleaning closet in the suite. The choices of the buffet breakfast are not many but the location is on the top floor with a good scenary.

We are aware it was summer that we should not use air con - however the ventilation system was really bad and our room temperature was around 26 degrees. We asked for a portable fan however the next day we also found that there was a leak during the night which the hotel staff arranged another room for us. The staff service was really good but there is some hardware to fix

It was disappointed they didnt have room service when i asked for chopstick or fork. Second, the soundproof is able to let you gossip other ppl talking outside. In general, all are well! Clean, comfortable and convenience! It will be great if u r heavy sleeper.

Service and cleanliness were acceptable and the area is generally quiet enough at night for a light sleeper like myself. However, a major minus is the unreliable air conditioning. Throughout our stay, the a/c could only reach the lowest temperature of 23.5 C. The a/c was also very weak, even at the highest fan setting, resulting in a stuffy room. Additionally, I would get woken up at 4-5am in the morning every day because the room got too warm (even without covers on my body). I had to turn off the a/c and turn it on again — this sort of reset it and allowed for production of cool air. We contacted the front desk and requested for someone to look at the a/c as we felt that maintenance might solve the issue. However, the staff merely sent up a stand fan which didn’t really help. They didn’t send anyone to our room to inspect or do maintenance.
