Just like other people mentioned, the room is small but clean. The location isn't easy to find, but pretty close to Lafayette and Printemps. If you want to do some shopping, it will be a good choice to stay here. However, they need to pay much more attention on details. We booked a double, but they offered only one small bottle of water. As for the tea and coffee, they offered 1 black tea bag, 2 English breakfast tea, 1 coffee. I think they forgot to refill the tea bags snd water. I speak French with them but they always speak English with me. By the way, when they speak French with some natives, they are really much more friendly. I already paid on line, the day I checked in the man at the counter was fine. BUT, the next day when I checked out, I returned the key back and ready to go. The man came out from the counter and called me and asked me to stay with a bad manner of speaking. The way that the man looked at me, it seems that we are theives and don't wanna pay for the room. BUT WE ALREADY PAID!! He asked us for the credit card we told him we've paid on line. Then he said, "Oh, you paid by expedia. " And no more. It's the first day of our honey moon and he totally ruined it.

I was stay 7 nights. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Close to metro and sights. Great location.

Stayed for a night. At 2 am, there’s a guest on the same floor banging doors and yelling. We called the reception, he hung up the phone once then we called again and he said he’d come up and resolve the problem. No one showed up and the lady was being really noisy until 3am. Soundproofing in the room was bad. At 9am, some random guest knocked on our door and woke us up after such a terrible night! We did voice out to the staff while checking out, the staff basically said we’re sorry without any facial expressions and that’s it. Not even an explanation of why the staff did not show up or anything. Really bad customer service from our point of view. The room or location are nice but they need to improve their service.
