I’m a frequent user of hotels and motels and this is by far the worst experience I've had.
In no particular order:
I called 10 hours prior to our arrival to request extra blankets. She agreed, but when I was trying to verify something, the receptionist on the phone got an attitude with me over me simply not understanding something.
We arrived and had to stand for waay too long to get help. Maybe it was a computer problem, I don't know.
Got our room and #1; no extra blankets, so I had to go request them again.
#2; the bed was broken. It moved way too much and made A TON of noise just sitting on it on any corner.
#3; the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush.
Requested a new room and was given a smaller room, no apology or anything. And both beds in this room are broken also! One of the beds made the same broken noise, and the other bed in this room bows tremendously making it extremely uncomfortable.
They claimed the beds in the room were queen but they seemed a lot smaller than our queen at home. Could've been due to that major bow pushing us closer to the enter of the bed.
The elevators are super janky, it felt like they and/or the doors were going to get stuck any time we used them.
Had to request the extra blankets 3 times.
Someone stole our Do Not Disturb sign so I requested another of those. Asked twice and never got one.
Our keywords just randomly stopped working. Requested new ones and only one worked.
Outlets in the room were broken. Super small outd
