I stayed here for my birthday week (5 days total) and had a really nice experience — especially for the price (under $150/night). The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. There’s always someone at the front desk ready to help with any questions.
The free hot breakfast was a great perk — not just basic pastries, but a full hot breakfast with items that change daily (like different breakfast meats each morning). The hotel’s website says it’s 8 minutes from Disneyland, but it’s more like 10–13 minutes. Universal Studios took about 45 minutes to an hour with traffic.
They also offer a free Disney shuttle that starts at 7:30 AM, which made park days super convenient. On our last night, the A/C stopped working, but maintenance responded quickly. When it looked like it would take longer to fix, they moved us to a new room right away — very professional and accommodating.
There’s also a Target right around the corner for any last-minute essentials and a shopping plaza about 5 minutes away, which made it easy to grab food or souvenirs.
Overall, a great stay for the value — clean rooms, great breakfast, and excellent customer service. I’d definitely stay here again for another Disney trip!
