Customer service was terrible. Their credit card reader wasnt working. It was late and we were road weary. We were fully paid and asked if we could get a room and rest while they worked on their system. They wouldnt do that. After waiting hours and well past midnight in their lobby, we again asked for a room (that we had already paid for) and they stated now we couldnt stay there at all because we werent pleased with them so it would be a liability to give us a room there at all. They told us to take up our refund with our 3rd party. Hotels.com was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was after 2am but we were able to get a great room and great customer service at hampton inn next door. We use hotels.com often and have never had an experience like this. It was absurd.
