For the price, the cleanliness was disappointing but not horrible. The bed and room were very clean, it was just the shower and washroom that were not the cleanest. The staff were nice but not accommodating at all for a later check in when my flight was delayed (ended up having to stay in a different hotel for the night). It was located in a convenient spot and was safe. It also was a very large room with a kitchenette and everything. Overall, a good experience but not great.

It was alright. Has all the standard amenities and staff was pleasant. A nice feature is that the room has a kitchen space. The furnishings were a little worn and minimally clean. The sheets were washed but found a hair. Distance is 15 minutes walk to Yangae or Gangnam.

Felt like home for 2 weeks

Very comfortable. The shower is kind of old, but I got used to it. The elevator was slow though because I was on the 20th floor. I wish there was a microwave in the room instead of going all the way down to the basement floor for laundry and microwave. Overall, it was worth the price and it felt like home for 2 weeks.

This hotel is a part of so called officetel. Some of the rooms are long-term residential units and some are being used as hotel. This place has a oven, refrigerator, sink, pots and some silverwares as well as a washer. The room is kind of small and the bed is a little hard for me. The Gym is located on the 9th fl with 4 treadmills with only one weight lifting machine. It can't be called Gym. The overall facility is a little worn out. The area is safe and there are plenty of eateries around. The staff was kind.

冬は床暖房があるよ！埃もあるけど

カンナムの東横インの裏の立地です。料金は東横より少し高めですがキッチン付きなのでラーメン位は作れます。まな板や包丁は簡易的なもので清潔さは？ですが、気にしない人には良いのではないかと思います。 チェックインは15時でアーリーは出来ないです。インドや東欧系外国人観光客で混雑していました。フロントの対応は特に良くないですね、夜は完全にフロントは閉まっていて対応はありません。江南でキッチンがあるので何度か宿泊しましたが一番最初に止まった時に対応してくれた若い男性の時だけ親切でした。コンセントのアダプタは余っていればフロントで貸してくれます。全員分あるわけではありません。このホテルは冬に行く方が床暖房がある分だけ良いのではないかと思いますね。夏は値段に対して特にこれといってバリューを感じませんでした。今はキッチン付きの新しいアパートメントスタイルのホテルがカンナムに増えてきているので、駅から歩くここを選択しなくてもいいかなと思います。ホテルの入り口が裏道なので、正面も裏口も副流煙が避けられないほどタバコを吸ってる人が多いので帰ってくる時に必ず副流煙が・・。

청결상태 등등은 좋으나 샤워기 수압이 약하고 샤워기 걸었을때 고정도 잘 안됨. 에어컨 바로 앞에 가벽이 있어서 에어컨 바람을 다 막음 밤새 너무 더웠음. 방 교체를 요청해서 바로 교체해주는건 너무나도 좋았으나 교체해준 방도 구조가 같음.. 그래도 불편을 해소해주려는 노력은 좋았음.
