I love this city.

I choose here because we had 3 days exhibition, and it's walking distance. 2 things that need to be improved are mattress (too soft and i think it should be retired) and poor internet connection. The best thing about apartment hotel is~ you can cook yourself a nice dinner after long and tiring exhibition!

fue una buena experiencia en general. sin embargo no me gusto que el elevador no funcionaba en la mañana, cargar maletas es muy pesado. quise cambiar el horario del taxi y ni habi forma de hacerlo pues intente llamar y nunca pude conunciarme. no habia alguien en recepcion. el lugar fue muy comodo , el personal muy amable.la limpieza no muy buena, habia restos de jabon en el baño, y la mesa tenia restos de pan. la cama tenia restos de chocolate. la cama muy comoda aunque las fundas de almohada no olian a limpio.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. In fact, after being there for 6 nights, we extended our stay for another 3 nights. Because it is across town from Gare Matabiau, we were worried at first that it would also be far from points of interest. However, that is not the case, and one can easily get to the hotel via the underground metro. Just take the A (red) line at Marengo Metro station one stop to Jean Jairès and change to the B (yellow) line going toward Palais de Justice & get off there. It is a short 8 min walk from there. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially a gentleman named Tony!! He personifies excellent customer service! The room itself was quite large, clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was well equipped.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé

Bon séjour, hôtel bien situé pour accéder au centre ville. L'hôtel est relativement calme, la chambre était spacieuse pour 4 et bien équipée. Nous avons pris le départ tardif, le prix est un peu cher juste pour 2 heures de +.

No volvería por error muy grave de la recepción

Nosotros hicimos el check in tardío, ya que nuestro avión llegaba de noche; en la recepción no había nadie así que nos dejaron un sobre con un número de habitación que no se correspondía con la tarjeta que abría la habitación, lo que ocasionó que a las 7 de la mañana otro huésped abrió nuestra habitación, error muy grave, que según mi punto de vista debería haber sido subsanado con la devolución de la estancia. La habitación solamente disponía de un trapo de cocina, con lo cual no podíamos limpiar bien y no había cubo para limpiar suelo, teníamos que utilizar las toallas de baño si de repente algo caía al suelo…faltaban productos de limpieza. La cama era muy cómoda.

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable avec mon mari à Toulouse. Nous avons séjourner 4 nuits à l'hôtel dans le Studio de 30 m0² avec un grand lit. Notre chambre était vraiment très spacieuse, très propre, avec des serviettes, savons et produits de toilettes et cuisine à disposition. Les petit-déjeuner étaient très corrects, juste ce qu'il faut. Vraiment nous étions très satisfaits !

Endroit calme, propre et reposant pendant la nuit. Le matin j'ai été réveillée très tôt par du bruit et des bavardages du personnel dans la cour, j'avais les fenêtres ouvertes à cause de la chaleur. Mise à part cet inconvénient, le séjour à été plutôt agréable .

fuyez c’est un piège !

Trace de fluides du matelas jusqu’au drap . On nous dit également que les alèses ne sont pas changées après chaque client ! Dans appart hôtel il y a hôtel ça n’est pas acceptable, un ventilateur n’est pas suffisant et en plus il était sale également ! Le canapé de la chambre était degueulasse également. Seuls Points positifs : la localisation et la taille du logement !
