Terrible service. The airport pickup ridiculous, actually scary a little, the driver brought a non- business random guy, looks suspicious and had a bog detour. I had to tell them that I texted my family that I am on the hotel car. The check in service horrible, no help at all.

Aldri finn på å bestill dette hotellet
Grusomt tvers igjennom. Helt utrolig at dere tilbyr hoteller på dette nivået. Rommet var ikke rent, det var mugg på veggene, det var bløtt på gulvet på badet, håndklærne var skitne. Det var en forferdelig stank på hele rommet, og sengene var horrible. Personalet kan ikke engelsk og bildene lyver som bare juling. Aldri velg dette hotellet. Klokkeklar terningkast 1!

Terrible Experience!
Hello there,
Yesterday we arrived to Beijing Sky Business Hotel and unfortunately we had a very bitter experience.
After a long flight and having an elderly with us we found out that there was a terrible smell in our room as soon as we walked into the room to the point that the staff himself held his nose and left the room. So we asked the staff if they have a better room and they said there will be an additional charge and it was not acceptable to us to hear that respond. So we left the hotel and asked them to give us a ride back to the airport and they even charged us for that and for water and did not refund the money for the room that was not even used! At this point I would really apprecite to get a refund or a coupon so we can use later bc not only we didn't receive a refund but also it creared a lot of inconvenience for our 76 year old companion. Thank you!
