Outstanding customer service.
Our plane was late coming in to SXM. We followed 2 other planes in so they were going through immigration in front of us. We were not able to get to Alicia’s before they closed at 5. Our driver contacted them, explained the situation, and they stayed until we arrived. Talk about customer service! We truly felt like family and they were taking care of family without any question. A fabulous guest house with amazing staff.

Best bang for the price

Highly recommend
Lovely place in a great location! Very clean and cool!! We stayed one night before taking the ferry to St Barts. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal.
