Overall, a nice hotel and convenient for airport. There is plenty of lost in translation though.
Queuing system for checking in, and lack of communication for facilities - Although it’s well listed on the paper they provide.
Too much fragrance is used and feels as you are standing in department store fragrance counters.
No early transfer to T2, which is annoyiing, although transfers to T1 commence 6am. When a taxi was booked, we were told only after that a charge would be made for this. It would have been easier and cheaper to use Uber.
The hotel is listed however no reference to having to pay for it.
Rooms are comfortable and overall a nice hotel for a very short trip
