Terrible room location bad air quality bad AC location,bad parking terrible and long waiting elevators, has to wait long time to park our car when we were charged for parking over all wasted a lot of time waiting to get in and out of elevators to and from parking and to and from the room. Noisy, zero toilet privacy why I’m paying a resort fee? Not a resort! No pool nor hot tub, I want a full refund. Very unhappy.

Repetitive songs all night long
Awful two repetitive loud songs (sounded like The Impossible Dream and the first few notes of a Metallica song, over and over) playing all night long, way past the pavilion concerts which ended at 1am. Parking gate always broken, causing major traffic jam and angry drivers - more than 30 minutes wait time each day, causing us to almost miss some shows. Shower didn't drain properly (gross), broken hot water handle.

Disappointed
My family and I stayed the LINQ.
We got there around 2:30 am in the morning. Before we left LA my sister called the hotel that were all running late to check in. So the person from the hotel told my sister that " no problem our rooms will be reserved and she will put a comments that were all running late".
We got to the hotel. There's no available room for my sister. The receptionists Anika told us the hotel is fully booked. And my sister can go to Harrahs and come back at 11am to check in at the LINQ.
When its my turn to check in. I got my room. The only thing that makes me upset and disappointed on this Hotel. Is that why they let other people booked on the hotel if they knew that theres people are coming in.
I didnt let my sister go to Harrahs. She stayed with me that night. When we get to the room. Only 1 big towel for 2 people! Come on.
My sister got her room the next day but her bathroom is clogged up. The manager told her it will take a few hours to be fix.
Am sorry to complain. But its not acceptable and I never had a problem with other hotels that I stayed in Vegas.
Hopefully it will never happen to anyone whose stay at this hotel.
