I reported that my AC isn’t working and no one ever called and looked at my AC although I was told about 4 times that someone will come by my room to look into the matter. No ONE EVER DID. I spoke with several agents via phone and in person in the diamond club lobby and to no avail. So I was left to sleep in heat, sweating which made my one night stay completely terrible. I tried to speak to the manager but had to leave before they could make it to me as my taxi was waiting. Prior to that, every time I asked for a manager, I was told they were in a meeting. While the resort is beautiful, this matter made my stay very miserable and uncomfortable as you can imagine. Also, I called for a bellboy and they kept repeating “I don’t know” until the eventually hung up on me. (I guess he couldnt speak English) I hope the review reaches the management as I am back home now.

It was a very good stay but very expensive. Definitely a treat, but not a deal. The staff is extremely friendly as long as you tip consistently. Water was mostly clear but not great for snorkeling. Beautiful view with a balcony.

Will not stay there again.
Room waa full of mosquitos. I got bitten 4 times throughout the night. So much noise all over the property until 3:45 in the morning. Sink clogged with hair that was not mines. Upon arrival non of the bottles of wine , champagne and brandy were in my room. I got them on the second day and morning of departure.

The stairs was very filthy no chairs at the pool and beach to lay on everything is either full or restricted area for special guest so if u want to go where there is empty beach chairs u have to pay more!!! Not enough beach chairs and not enough pool chairs either I am very disappointed !!! Need an iron the didn’t have any not enough English speaking people to help with need !!!

Although this property is 10 years old, it is deteriorated. The consierge staff did limited things for us, we constantly had to be asking for things. The guys in charged of offering the time shared were like hawks, we had to tell them to stop so they could stop pushing it. Also, the food and places to eat were limited. The bar were good and cocktails were tasty. The Insomnia Cafe it’s a very cool place with the best employee Marino. She really made our days every morning❤️ the room were comfortable and clean. Loved that we were able to play pickleball but the resort only had 2 paddles!!!! Also, the jacuzzi had cold water. Overall, we had fun because we went in a group and spending the time together was the goal! This place needs tender loving care and renew a few things like entertainment and activities and maybe add another night club.

There were multiple water maintenance issues throughout the property including guest rooms. Not alot of dining options throughout the day. Laundry was very poor I got a full body rash.

Definitely recommend upgrading to Diamond club . The perks and room are better. Our room was in a perfect location close to the pool, bars and clubs. The service was spectacular! I mentioned it was my bf's birthday and they surprised us decorating the room with balloons, sign on the door, rose pedals and even a birthday cake. Joan our butler was amazing! He checked on us frequently, booked our reservations and made things happen when we needed something. If you book here ask for him! Overall the resort itself was nice. Smaller than expected but still have fun activities and shows for guests which was nice.

Staff was nice and friendly. Hotel was clean. Pool was nice and the pool servers did a good job keeping up with drink requests from guests. Specialty restaurants were good but I thought the buffet was small with not a lot of options. Spa was incredible. Would I return? Yes. Pros outweigh the cons.

My stay was from 10-24/10-28.. I originally booked for a double bed since it was my aunt & I. When we arrived, they say they couldn’t accommodate me because it’s “Adults Only and majority of everyone is couples” FUNNY because my brother and cousin was there also & nun of us are couples! Then they said they can put us in a double bed room on 10-25 but we’d have to be packed up by 12 & room ready at 5. How the room would be ready at 5, if check in is at 3???? The room was ready until 7PM! I had to curse them out for constantly inconveniencing me. Takes FOREVER to get anything! Towels, garbage can, blower dryer. Stuff that should be in the room! The customer service SUCKS I kept complaining and nobody did anything I’d never go back to another Royalton… TRUST!
