First, they couldn't check me in because their computers were down. Then, after a long hassle they got me checked in.
I went to my room and found my lights were flickering on and off, the room was filthy, and I found pubic hair in my shower.
I went to the front to demand a refund, but the manager just avoided me. He, from his back office also refused to refund me for my stay that cost me $230 for the most disgusting place I have ever been to.
Finally after 30 minutes of being avoided i said to the manager that I would appreciate it if he would come out and speak with me or I would show the other customers that were waiting for 30+ minutes to check in the pictures I took of the room.
I was then threatened by one of the employees at the front desk, and then by the manager also.
The only person that had any type of hospitality there was a lady named Laura at the front desk. It felt quite like racism, and I am white. It actually felt more like the hotel was run by a gang.
I am still battling to get my money back from them, but they are still refusing to refund me.
This place should be removed from your list of places to stay. It is filthy and it may be the worst treatment I have ever received at a hotel, especually a Marriot.
