Stayed here for 4 days, not once did staff come and clean the room, change the towels or anything.. bin was overflowing. And got charged for drinking water when they told me on arrival water was free
Overall, I have to say the experience is quite good.
Though I am not able to speak thai, the staff were able to help me check in.
For the 1st day of the accommodation, as this may have been their first time dealing with a booking from Expedia, they did not prepare any breakfast for me even though I had made a purchase for it. But I appreciated greatly that they realised their mistake and tried to make do with what little ingredients they had to cook up a meal for me. I liked how they reacted to the situation.
For a 3 star hotel, I'll probably give a rating of 4 star for the overall experience.

Hotel staff barely understood simple English.
The receptionist called my room at 1.30am while I was asleep , and insisted i make my way down to the reception immediately to pay room charges for my next day room extension .
