The location is great,the service of hotel with so friendly attitude! Love this hotel except the bathroom is too small!

Hotel was VERY clean. Loved the charm and colors! Price and location was great, easy access to Centro and easy access to taxis. Only downside was the bathroom was very hot and because of the vent on the door the smell of the bathroom would fill the room. Other than that everything was good and would definitely recommend it!

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue excelente. La limpieza fue impecable, tanto en la habitación como en las áreas comunes, lo cual es algo que valoro muchísimo. La ubicación es inmejorable, a muy poca distancia del centro, lo que facilita moverse caminando a los principales puntos de interés. El descanso fue muy placentero, gracias a la comodidad de las camas y la tranquilidad del lugar. Además, el restaurante ofrece platillos deliciosos, y todo el personal fue siempre amable, atento y servicial. Nos brindaron muy buenas recomendaciones para nuestra estancia. El hotel cuenta con caja de seguridad, y el acceso está muy bien controlado, lo que brinda una gran sensación de seguridad. En general, es un lugar hermoso, cuidado y con un excelente servicio. Sin duda, lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Pretty property very close to the center of everything, quiet, no huge amenities but the small lounging pool has a beautiful view! Our room under the pool deck could be a little loud at times due to machinery but overall we really enjoyed it and was fair for the price. Staff were a plus, available 24/7 and helped us book our taxi transport to the airport when we left. Would return!

Rooms are a bit small. Bathroom seemed like it might have had some black mold on the wall and has mild smell that never goes away. Hotel restaurant wasn't good. No complimentary coffee or tea for the room. Staff is nice. Location is great. Terrace jacuzzi is great, but closing access at 7pm is way too early for people who want to do all the sightseeing.

Hotel sin pretenciones pero con instalaciones acogedoras, limpias y con muy buena ubicación. El mirador con jacuzzi es un gran plus para pasar un rato relajante admirando la vista.

Situada a un par de calles de Santo Domingo y otras atracciones, el hotel es bastante silencioso, con un jacuzzi en terraza que tiene una buena vista, atención muy buena del personal y consumibles de baño adecuados, lo único que mejoraría es las condiciones de los baños que son estrechos y requieren una renovación.

Cute hotel right in the city center. The courtyard and terrace are excellent spots for coffee or drinks. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We appreciated the a/c in the late afternoon before the night air cooled everything off. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the large king studio room. It was spacious and very well kept. The staff did a great job of keeping the premises clean. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating. We appreciated the security around having to ring the door for access to the hotel, ensuring that random people couldn't just come in.

I have stayed in Oaxaca a few times and this is the only place I did not like for a few things, the cleanliness could be better, the bath towels were pretty rough, the room needed a few air freshener, the bathroom sink needed deeper cleaning, you can barely see the staff.
