Didnt feel like a 5 star hotel. Big waiting list for breakfast. No help in finding a table. Poor breakfast.
There was always something missing (no sope, no towels,no amenities).

This is not at all a five start hotel , I wonder how Hilton even lets its brand to be on this hotel!! Service at breakfast is poor , it’s crowded and noisy at breakfast and the assortment is not sufficient.
The room was bit worn out and old furniture and lamps, we paid for high floor twin room but got a kind room at 9th floor which is only the fifth floor of the hotel as they count the ground floor as 4.
I don’t recommend this hotel , it is not worth the price at

Bad service
I would like to address a concerning issue regarding my recent stay at this hotel. From midnight to 4 AM, the electricity was disconnected, creating significant safety and comfort concerns. As a guest who relies on a CPAP machine for proper sleep, the lack of electricity was particularly alarming. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning in a dark room made the situation even more uncomfortable. I do not believe this hotel meets the standards of a five-star establishment, and I will not be returning. I have shared these concerns with all relevant agents. This experience will undoubtedly impact the reputation of Hilton.

Not really Hilton level
A hotel that is showing its age. This could be compensated for with excellent service, but unfortunately this is not the case. Check-in is only from 4 p.m., which is too late. The parking garage is not well signposted, so you drive past it first. There were not enough umbrellas. The disinfectant dispensers by the elevators were empty for two days. One of the four elevators was also broken for two days.
If you pay for the parking garage at reception, you only have 10 minutes to leave the underground car park - so stressful. This was at 9 a.m. But the 48 hours you paid for didn't end until 3 p.m.
Unfortunately, the Hilton Batumi lacks passion for its customers. A friendly smile is missing both at check-in and in the Sky Bar. It's a shame for the Hilton brand that you can no longer rely on the expected level of quality.

Check in was weird: we were told that they can’t extract money we paid two months ago when we booked the hotel. We did it through a standard web site and the receptionist asked us to contact this web site. Otherwise he can’t check us in. Somehow while we were trying to connect to internet, suddenly our payment was discovered. Another strange thing was a refusal to put our bar bill to our room because we didn’t have a credit. But no one proposed us to arrange a credit at check in. So the service for now doesn’t correspond a level of Hilton hotels in Europe or US.
