Not too bad, just make sure to choose well in term of smoking or not smoking room. I do not smoke and I made a mistake to choose a smoking room and really wasn't happy with it but it was my mistake not the motel's one

Good, with issues

The room was excellent and clean. My only complaints were parking and other 'guests'. We checked in very late, 11:30pm, after a long day in Montreal and Laval. Literally, the first thing we saw was a freaky-looking character making his way to his room. The rooms have chairs outside, which unfortunately encourages people to hang out outside the rooms, smoking various things. A group was talking loudly/arguing outside my room at 4:30 in the morning. The parking lot is very small, and when we checked in, there were only 2 spaces, only one of which BARELY fit my minivan. I couldn't open my doors more than a crack, as I was tightly wedged between a shipping container and the next car. The back lot, where I had to park is super dark and creepy. The kind of place where you fear getting rolled.

Good overall, but sometimes parking was not available at the property so we had to park right next door on the parking lot for a outdoor mini shopping area. It was allowed, I guess as we didn't get any ticket when we used it for 1 night. Also, some rooms, such as ours, didn't have a stand up shower, only a jacuzzi with a shower built it, so I bought a plastic mat at the dollar store to not slip. But overall I enjoyed the stay and I liked that we were surrounded by restaurants and shopping in the area.

The only problem i got is the dizzy smell in the room when i first came in, however, it’s not a big deal to me because the smell fades when i stay there. The room was clean and affordable, they even clean the room daily since i booked it for 2 days. Facilities are ok, there are some scratches in the toilet but it’s okay, at least we have a clean private bathroom. Staffs are friendly as well. If you want a place to rest while traveling with limited budget, not staying inside the whole day, this is a good option

Smoke smell gives headache

I had to look for other room because i cannot stay at this room. I booked smoke free room but so strong smoke smell gave me headache after staying 30 minutes. Hotel management told me to use febrese and open window.

Affordable stay if you do not treat here as resort

Stayed for 2 days. Overall is good according to the low price range compared to most 3 star hotels. Only complain which is the smell of smoke in room... Suppose have a train direct to Montreal downtown nearby. Unfortunately, rail need to repair until Aug 17th. No problem for me because I drove and I could get parking with some luck anywhere. The only advice to the hotel. No smoking room need to set penalty to the bad travelers who smoke in the room. It is easy to smell during check out.
