The AC in the room was only for heating when I visited in late September, and the sink in the bathroom might be designed for someone shorter than 140 cm because I had to bend both my waist and knees to use it. The only smoking area in the lobby did have ventilators, but they did a really poor job, way beneath normal Japanese standard. However, all the minor negativities can be overlooked when one consider how conveniently the hotel is located, and the fact that they provide a super convenient shuttle service to and from Sapporo city center (booking required, and a little cheaper than the coach bus service at the main bus stop). And the FOOD is just amazing! Highly recommend their dinner buffet! I’d stay here again just for their dinner and breakfast.
