Great location! Inside the UNESCO heritage zone, lots of local eateries nearby, public transportation and other attractions. Great budget-friendly option in the heart of Penang! The hotel decor is a little dated but overall nice and clean, with comfortable beds.

Reception staff very friendly, always with a big smile and helpful. Very clean and spacious. Only setback is you have to go to the 6th floor to collect your hairdryer and flask in order to have hot water for making drinks. Bring own shampoo coz they supply bath foam only.

This place is old and outdated. Bring your in house slippers, carpet is very old and stained. Clean in the sense that no roaches or other insects. Bathroom was updated with newer tiles but There are still some mold around the sink area.. don’t understand why they don’t remove it.

light sleepers take heed

good location right near love lane. nice big room, decent bed and love the wetroom style bathroom. pack ear plugs if your a light sleeper, I was on 7th floor but music from bar outside was prominent

Too noisy and disgusting lack of hygiene

Hotel is opposite a night club so sleeping isn’t an option without ear plugs and even then it remains difficult to sleep. We had visits from hundreds of ants and several cockroaches in our room… gross. Also, the “security guard” seems to be friendly with the men who sleep on the floor just in front of the hotel so you will get strange looks and feel very uncomfortable at night coming in and out of hotel. 0/10 absolutely do not recommend.

チャイナタウンの東側の通りに面して近辺には高級から安宿までホテルが軒を連ねてる便利なエリアです。旧市街の東側真ん中辺りに位置しているので旧市街の観光は徒歩圏内で無料市内バスCATのバス停もすぐ近いです。 ホテルは古い中華系ホテルですが冷蔵庫もあり広くて落ち着きます。清掃も行き届いて価格からしたらコスパはとてもいいと思います。 宿泊した部屋は最上階の10階（日本なら11階）で眺めも最高だし文句はありません。
