I felt like I was one of the owners
great room; large & comfy. big bathroom; great shower/jacuzzi bath; big kitchen supplied very well. great coffee with all the amenities. two comfort zones operated by thermostat. quiet space. loved the "security" of access to rooms. easy access to gondola. love the free "ski closet" provided by the facility. I really appreciate all the love and respect that everyone and every business granted to Retired Veterans! very kind!

Nothing grand
Toilet seat was broken and was annoying to deal with. Front desk issued keys that didn’t work three different times. The topper was being denied late checkout of an hr due to too many people asking. Worst part was this location was chosen for how close it was to my work. No love for locals apparently. Only given excuses on how occupancy was high. Which is not my problem and never should be.

It's a good place to sleep while you're skiing, but not a good place to relax and enjoy the resort, the place is not kept, it's noisy at night, mainly from the plumbing or something.... would not recommend this place.

Nice stay. However, very unhappy about being hit with a cleaning fee at checkout. We already paid $630 per night and then they add a cleaning fee to make it $740 per night. It's nice, but it's not worth that.

The Property was not maintained we spent two full days working with staff to make unit habitable. Tim @ Heavenly Village Condos said he was going to work with Marriott to help with compensation nothing transpired. We had to leave the property and eat at Fire and Ice all in the party had food poisoning. I paid full price for accommodations. I should have charged for my time facilitating maintenance and cleanup. Carson Unit manager was hard to reach and did not reconcile our bill accordingly. I will say unit 4103 is now in tip top shape due to my wife and I and Guy the maintenance supervisor. Heavenly Village Condos and Marriott should provide a full refund.

Recommended for family vacations. Spacious, plenty of room and beds. Has view of the pool and partial view of the Heavenly gondola. Few nit picking items, there are a total of only three garbage bins in the unit, 1 each bathroom and 1 in kitchen (minus master bedroom and bath which was not included in rental). The trash bins in the included two bathroom can be bigger. There are no garbage cans in the other rooms and no recycling bin in the kitchen. Cleaning service is only on the last day. Otherwise nice place to stay.

The people who work there are very nice! Pool is beautiful! We liked the security of the place, needed a key to enter everything, elevator, pool etc. Did not like the remote control to the main tv in the room. It was a pain to use, very slow! We didn't use the bedroom tv so don't know if it was the same. I missed having a bigger frying pan, room only had a little one. We had a wonderful stay!
