Not going back, would not recommend
Although the property was immaculate and beautiful, the Front desk people were rude, not helpful when i asked for advice about the meetup spot for the snorkeling charter that i was late for. They kept talking about hotel rules knowing i was late and even after i asked could i come back later to go over that stuff. They didnt know what the rate was to add another guest to my reservation since i had accidentally left off my 9 year old daughter which took another 10 minutes to figure out. (Knowing i was late for my prepaid snorkeling tour)
The website says all of the activities were included and i still had to pay anyway.
I couldn't get any compassion or reimbursement after my flight was delayed by 24 hours. I let the hotel know several hours before check in time asking if there was any possibility for my reservation to be adjusted to reflect the new dates and the reply was that i’d still be charged the whole nights fee as a penalty.
My flight was cancelled, I missed a night, and was being charged additional fees for adding my 9 year old daughter. It was offered the “day pass” where she would have access to the beach but not the pool or the food.
Like i said, beautiful property. Gorgeous and clean. But God forbid, you accidentally dont include your child in the reservation, or your flight gets cancelled by no fault of your own, or you want to do any of the “inclusive@ activities without paying extra.
