This hotel is becoming terribly complacent when it comes to it's client approach. 10 years back it was a fantastic, reasonably priced property. Now they prices have gone skyhigh (at times higher than the "normal''" Hilton or the Marriott or even the Sheraton) . On top of that, their service quality has gone down tremendously. Cleaning lady barging in at 10:00 AM despite certainly knowing that the room will be vacated @ noon was one example. But the biggest shocker was the breakfast. Usually high quality with abundant supply of a variety of products. This time there were no eggs of any sort !. Loads of bacon and sausages, but no scrambled eggs, omlettes, hard boiled eggs - nothing . I was quite sure they ran out of eggs - but no, much to my surprise the breakfast shift manager explained that this is the management's decision (!!).
Never again - for the money they are charging you can get a far better experience at several other hotels.
Avoid until they improve...
