乾淨整齊，服務人員態度也很好。
交通方便，服務人員態度不錯，房間也很乾淨，附近有 Denny's，加油站，還有一些小店，很方便。我們住了兩晚，晚上回來要買都西就去加油站，早上出發前去Denny's剛好。

Not a place I would stay again
I booked this room for my son visiting for the holidays and they had graffiti on the dresser drawers and objects like mirrors stuffed behind chairs. In addition, they had the front parking lot full of broken appliances. The manager asked me if I wanted to extend my trip I could pay her cash which felt very shady to me. I would not recommend this hotel as it felt more like a halfway house.

Very uncomfortable, hard bed, no hot water, loud and noisy, air conditioner fell off well, no smoke detecter found it in a drawer, no bed bugs....thank God.

Our stay at this hotel in Santa Barbara was nothing short of a disaster, especially considering how ridiculously expensive it was for the bare minimum of service. First off, there was no bottled water in the room, the towels were thin, cheap, and limited in number—hardly enough for two people. To make matters worse, there were no basic amenities like tissues, shampoo, or conditioner. It felt like we were staying in a low-budget motel, but paying premium prices! The worst part? The concierge gave us the WRONG key, and we ended up walking into someone else's room. It was a complete invasion of privacy and a horrifying experience for both us and the occupants. We were shocked and deeply uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had, and we will never return. Save yourself the money and headache—stay somewhere else!

Maybe Not.
Great location (right next to a strip mall with the best brunch cafe!), lovely reception staff - but hotel is not in very good condition. Parking was difficult, not enough spaces and too tight. Filled with contractor trucks. People smoking in front of their rooms, drifting into our room. Ants in the bathroom. Was very expensive at almost $200 a night for a Motel 6 like experience.

Low cost hotel. No frills. Not a place for a romantic getaway. But if you are solo, low maintenance, and on business, it serves its purpose. Sleep, shower, work, and go.

At check-in the front desk person initially couldn't find my reservation, then I had to pay IN ADVANCE of my two-night stay. I thought when I entered my credit card on Travelocity that my card had been run to reserve/hold the room until check-out. I've never checked into a hotel and had to pay UPON ARRIVAL. It's like sitting down to dinner in a restaurant and paying for your meal before you've even ordered! Otherwise, the staff was helpful (TV had issues, they fixed it, the A/C had issues, etc.), and the housekeeping lady was super cool and helped me with heavy bags. I requested late check-out the night before my departure, but somehow it didn't get shared with housekeeping or the daytime manager - they were not very happy. Overall, the room was well equipped, clean, and comfortable at a great rate.

Bathroom had hairs all over. Toilet ran all night. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Shady and noisy people on property. Couldn’t wait to check out. Way overpriced for what you get.
