There was NO parking by my room and they said they turned off the ice machine for some reason. It turned out that the machine was completely out of order. The toilet didn't flush a few times, so I had to work on the toilet using my handyman skill. I was trying to get away for a relaxation

The pool was no in operation. Room was fine, a little noisy.

Very unorganized. No microwave in the rooms, but offered one in the “common area”. The common area was a tiny dirty closet on the outside of the building. Toilet kept clogging and no plunger on site! Refrigerator didn’t get cold and was leaking water! Changed my room to one that the refrigerator didn’t work at all in so they put me back in the original room. The maintenance man came to fix the refrigerator at 11:30 at night and said it was just defrosting but worked fine. It never did get cold! Somehow the motel 6 in Vallejo was nicer than this one!

I moved to another room because the sink was clog and I the other room smell to much , at night I couldn’t sleep because a lot of noise

My stay at the Pleasanton Motel 6 unfortunately was not at the level I thought it would or should be and expected a little better. Some issues quickly came up and were not addressed. It seemed the staff at the front were not fully or completely trained or just didn’t know how to address an issue as cordial and friendly as they generally were.
It seems management and not its, or their, job in making sure all issues or concerns were addressed and taken care of to the level of any stay property or service business. Something has been let go for some reason.
To someone yelling out and using expletives outside their door to another renter smoking marijuana outside of his door downwind from me to the phone inside my room incapable of calling the front desk including no hot shower because of a boiler problem, these are some of the issues that i experienced and that were not addressed or resolved in some way as you would expect them to be.
The staff needs help in making their jobs more professional and helpful to customers and more helpful to them as to not have to experience unhappy or unsatisfied customers. It’s a disservice to them and their work day and they deserve better and should be done right by. To not do so is a commentary on management and a sure sign management is not doing their job, which all in all all falls on them.
Help the workers. Again, they deserve it and better.
