The location is quite hard to find on Google Map
The address shown on the google map is not correct and we spent more than an hour to find the hotel. The board of the hotel is not easy to find. Some kind Thailand people joined us to find the correct one but we all failed...and no one answered the phone call. Fortunately we found the hotel in the end...The breakfast is good:)

더블 부킹이 되어 5시간 이상을 호텔 로비 (?)허비하며 미국본사랑 통화를 시도하다 밤 11시 넘어 겨우 새 호텔을 갈 수 있었던 최악의 숙소로 기억됨. 이 숙소에 대한 댓글평들이 좋아 선택하였으나 이용후기에 대한 신뢰도가 떨어짐

Just okay!
This place was comfortable and clean however the service was lacking. One lovely woman cooked the breakfast and would clean the room if requested. Otherwise there was nobody else around to help with bookings or to answer questions. English was limited. Felt there was probably better value out there for the money.

Perfect hotel!
My husband and I loved this hotel! The location is great (in the old city) and we were able to walk most places we wanted to go! The price is great, the staff is soooo nice, and the room was perfect! Our room was large with a sitting area and a mini kitchen area. The staff was so helpful and you can also pay for laundry service! Also, they will make you coffee and breakfast if you want. We loved this hotel and highly recommend it if you are in Chiang Mai!!! Thank you!!

Excellent
This hotel was amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is excellent. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone going to Chiang Mai.

Cosy and laidback ambience
Residence was located on a side street and our room was facing the road but it was not noisy. Room was clean, spacious and bright and had a resort feel to it. The only downside was the bed, i found the mattress too hard and there was no lift so you had to carry your bags up the steep flight of stairs. Other than that it was within walking distance from the markets and the city sights.

great place
Lester is fantastic, and his pals that stay there are as well - fun place to hang out. Loved the banana pancakes for breakfast. Location is just a couple blocks off main streets. No elevator and had to lug our suitcases up a long flight of awkward stairs. We had a fantastic room that was huge, bed comfy. Wifi good. Would stay here again.

Perfect spot
Wonderful room very close to all the activities. Excellent air con, shower, laundry and tv. Breakfast was fast and yummy. The staff was extremely helpful and generous.

Ottimo residence
Il residence è posizionato all'interno della città vecchia, a due passi dal Sunday market, 10 minuti a piedi dal saturday market e vicinissimo ai principali templi della città. Il proprietario una persona molto gentile come tutto il suo staff. Ci è stato fatto un upgrade gratuito della camera e ci è stata data una camera molto spaziosa con zona soggiorno, acqua sempre disponibile gratuitamente oltre a caffè e the. Bagno molto grande, unico neo lo scarico della doccia. L'acqua non scendeva benissimo e stagnava sul piatto doccia. Ma comunque con un po' di attenzione era decisamente un problema superabile. La colazione compresa nella tariffa della camera molto varia per chi ama la colazione internazionale, uova, bacon, noodles etc.. Un po' meno per chi come noi a colazione mangia cose dolci, poca scelta. Decisamente da consigliare.
