Utilizo água em CPAP e Difusor, e não justifica pagar R$ 35,00 em apenas 1 litro, como é oferecido no Frigobar e Restaurante do Hotel (R$ 12,00 por uma lata de 350ml.). Muitos hotéis já disponibilizam e oferecem água em suas dependências, o que não é o caso deste hotel, mas na portaria me disseram que o Restaurante poderia me fornecer uma jarra. Porém o péssimo atendente do Restaurante me disse que ele mesmo é quem iria levar a jarra ao meu apartamento, dizendo que eu não poderia levá-la e depois trazê-la, como ocorre em todos os hotéis que visito pelo mundo. Havíamos até optado por jantar no restaurante do hotel, mas diante desta e de outras atitudes pouco simpáticas do atendente, optamos pela churrascaria ao lado, que ofereceu atendimento de qualidade infinitamente superior.

Funcionários da recepção muito mal educados . Fiquei no prédio longe da recepção e muitas vezes a chave parava de funcionar e eu ligava na recepção e chegaram a demorar 15m pra abrir a porta .

O quarto reservado número 336 é um quarto confortável muito limpo, no entanto é um quarto que tem um barulho fora do comum parece que tem um gerador funcionando dia e noite com um barulho insuportável. Fiz apenas uma pernoite mas não dormi absolutamente nada. Hotel de modo geral é limpo, organizado. O café da manhã tem uma variedade enorme muito bem servido, tudo no capricho!
