Broken pool. No notice Dont advertise a pool.
Call hotel to make me resernation whenever they disclose at the pool was unavailable.Even when you check in there's no signs that say the pool is not working.

Nice stay
Check in was easy, since I booked the hotel room through Hotels.com. The room was clean except the bathroom floor. It was waxy and our shoes slipped. I cleaned the floor myself with soap and water and that helped. We had ask the front desk to ask housekeeping for anything extra, like clean towels, extra kleenex and trash bags. Since Covid, I guess that is the way now. Breakfast was decent. It's nice it came with our hotel price. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our stay was quiet and the area was secluded enough for that reason. There are a lot of restaurants around. We would stay again if we ever came back.

Terrible hotel. Customer service is bad, purposely refused to assist with reservation changes. Keys frequently don’t work, and the staff has no interest in assisting. Hotel rooms are old and gross. Avoid this hotel!

Clean, but that’s all…
Terrible smoke smell in our non-smoking room. I could tell something had been sprayed to try to cover the smell. But, it bothered me all night. Also, no water pressure in the morning for showers. I couldn’t wash the products out of my hair at all. The facility and room were clean, but that’s it. Very disappointed.

The property was alright, we was locked out one of our rooms for over 3 hours. That made us miss some of our vacation experiences. Our car keys, and clothing were locked in the room so could get food, wash nor change. They had no urgency about fixing the door neither. I wouldn't book hear again just because of that experience. But, as for everything else was fine.

First of all, i called ahead of time to see if i could check in 2 hours early because i had to be dressed to go somewhere. I get there and she says that no rooms were available until 3. I explained that i called a few hours ago and I was told that i could check in early. So she gave me handicapped room on the 3rd floor. As soon as i stepped out of the elevator, an overwhelmed mildew/mold smell was everywhere. Got to the room, same smell. The bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept in in my 53 years. $156 for this King room. I've sleep better in bed at a hotel that was half this price. Needless to say, we didn't get any sleep and i will never stay at this hotel again.

The fridge did not work and we were not given the option to move. So we lost around $30 in food because we didn't have a fridge. There were no towels available for the pool area and when I asked what we were suppose to do they office staff just shrugged her shoulders. There was a water hose in the pool which was a contamination. The entrance smelled like cigarette smoke and austy odor this continued all the way upstairs to our room I had to spray body spray in our room so we could handle the scent. The coffee that was served was barely warm the cereal on the breakfast bar was never restocked. They kept running out on feat for n the bar.

Adequate for one night but not great.
We stayed for one night while in town for a concert. The hotel was ok. The fitness room was abysmal. It was directly next to the heated indoor pool and was hot and humid inside. All of the machines (one treadmill, one reclining bike, one elliptical) were broken or in disrepair. The treadmill would run when no one stood on it but the belt was warped and stopped immediately upon trying to use it. The hotel amenities could have been better as well, but the bed was fine for one night. The staff seemed to either not know how to answer questions, or didn’t seem to care much. It’s possible it was due to the abnormally high number of people that weekend, but I would not stay there again.
