Great Front Desk Service

Customer service by front desk was outstanding! Hotel is located in bit of remote area just outside of city. Front desk arranged taxi pickup at 3 AM to airport. All went very well thanks to outstanding service.

This place was quite the pleasant surprise. The room was palatial and quite modernized at the same time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. So much more than I expected for the price. Will come again! My only complaint is that the water pressure in the bathroom was pretty low.

The staff was extremely gracious, professional and resourceful. The rooms are large and clean. The lighting is a bit too low. The hardest part is the highway traffic noise that is ongoing all day every day and night.

We arrived in our room and there’s a sour stinch like Raw sewage! Once into the second floor the bedding is stained with Reddish stains, the restroom is dirty hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The sink has some awful gummy stuff, the shower has so much water stains, the shower head water goes everywhere cause of how dirty it is. The “towel” is probably the most used towel I have ever touched so thin overused and torn.

Okay, so we arrived at about 9:30 p.m., via taxi. Taxi entered dark courtyard. No clear signage indicating an 'office' for check-in. Finally located 'office': two men we saw through a window. Each sitting at separate desks. Used google translate communicate with one of them. Other one had no interest. Shown to room. Not a single glass (plastic, styrofoam, or glass) in the place. No ice. No MENTION of glasses or ice. The place was BARE, other than bed and basic furniture. Walked back across courtyard to 'office' and inquired. 20 minutes later he showed up with two very small paper cups. If you need ONLY a BED to sleep in, this is the place. Otherwise very overpriced and lacking in ANYTHING other than essentials.

Ok for a short stay

Stayed here the night before an early flight out. The complex is nice, but right off the highway and didn't seem to have much around it. The lower level had no air and the frosted glass on the front doors let in lots of light while trying to sleep. We weren't given a remote for the AC unit upstairs. Otherwise, place was huge and in good condition. It was nice finding a place with two king beds.
