地理位置良好，可以步行到很多景點，但衛生情況有待改善，剛入住時，洗手間有異味，另外，三人入住，但毛巾，水杯都只有兩人！

Pleasant stay
Seconds from Rokin train station. Very central. A pleasant 15 minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal station. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Quick and efficient check in. Walls are not that soundproof so if you happen to be next door to somebody very loud-You will hear them. Room was small but Perfectly sufficient, and I would stay there again

Bu fiyata daha iyi bir yerde kalınabilir
Çarşaflar çok temiz değildi. Günlük yapılan temizlikte odaya döndüğümüzde oda tozluydu yani temizlik konusunda hiç iyi değildi. Fotoğraflarda daha geniş görünen ilk tuttuğumuz oda aşırı küçük ve rutubetli olduğu için tesiste 5.000 tl daha ödeyip odamızı yükselttik fakat gerek temizlik konusunda gerek havlu sayısı olarak yetersizdi. Fiyatını hakeden bir konaklama olmadı maalesef.

Perfectly placed city hotel
Perfectly placed to explore the city centre without public transport. 5 minute walk from Dam Square and plenty of shops on the street. Although it’s in a busy area there was no noise at night. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby was a bonus and saved us time and money in the mornings. Would definitely visit again.

Solo getaway
As accommodation goes in Amsterdam, this is one of the better ones. Location is great. Room is modern, but there are signs of wear & tear. However, its clean and cleaners call daily. There was no 'not today' sign if you didn't want your room cleaned, so if you're not it, it will be done when you come back, whether you wanted it or not. The rooms are small, but functional and theres a safe. Theres complementary Tea/Coffee at reception

Attitude of staff
The hotel was in a perfect location. However, the staff were very rude at times one staff member aggressively began knocking down our door. We took our friends suitcases to the room while they waited for there flight. The bags were sat in our room for approximately 3 hours and the staff at the desk was very aggressive towards us over this. We didn’t have anybody in the room so didn’t understand that this was a big issue? The actions taken by staff member was extremely disappointing and very rude. They proceeded to give us dirty looks every time we past the front desk. Such a shame hotel is small but nice and clean.

Centralt, men slidt
God beliggenhed midt i det hele og tæt på offentlig transport. Hotellet var slidt og flere ting virkede ikke, bl.a. elevator og vi skulle derfor bære vores bagage op på 2 sal. De øvrige gæster røg på værelserne ved siden af os, og personalet fik bedt dem stoppe men tog let på det. Rengøringen var ikke i top, men ok.
