Beautiful view
Short Melbourne stay beautiful outlook and everything you need in the unit but I can’t do stairs and there were a lot from the car park and then to our room. I wish I had of known before I would not have booked. A little confusing to find room as it’s 5 th floor but lift only to 4 th floor. Right outside restaurants and tram

Loved our stay!
The apartment is well equipped and has pretty much everything you need for cooking. The washing machine and dryer were super helpful while we were away, it meant we had to pack less! The apartment felt clean when we arrived and was mostly in good repair. The checkin process was pretty easy, although the office closes at 6pm not 7pm as stated on the hotels.com website. Over the stay we did not have any house keeping which wasn’t too big of a deal for us but it did mean we had to wash our towels a few times, as we only were given 6 and there were 4 of of us. I definitely recommend packing or purchasing washing machine powder, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and body wash as you only get a small amount when you first arrive and it didn’t last us longer than 3 days. Again not a big deal but something to keep in mind. Overall the apartment was good. The view is amazing and the location is really good and is only a very short walk from everything you could need. If we were to come to Melbourne again, we know where we would be staying!

Check in was welcoming and easy. We were grateful for the flexibility around our arrival time. The place however was aged and needed a deep clean. Old socks under the bed, an unusable shower head (we had to shower in a water dribble), general rubbish hidden in some areas, and dusty. Needs a spruce up!

Apartment had a gorgeous view! Spacious, clean and incredibly well appointed. Wendy was also fantastic in accommodating our requirements-- v grateful for how flexible and communicative she was. Really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have extended the time there. Truly beautiful property for our large grp (6 adults and a toddler).

We absolutely Loved this property. It catered for all of our needs. We did have an issue with its cleanliness more so the balcony. We had a couple of apartments for the same weekend for a family gathering. One apartment was fine, but the other was a bit average condition. I would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location with beautiful sunset views. The free Melbourne tram runs right outside the building & we were able to explore all of downtown Melbourne easily, with no need for Uber or taxi. Also really convenient to have a staffed office just across the street for any questions or necessities.

This apartment was really handy to everything especially to tram stops & Southern Cross Train station, fantastic view from the room, plenty of space, easy check in & check out!
Strongly recommend for couple wanting a a few days in Melbourne, has an indoor pool too
