Quarto amplo, com banheiro privativo, limpo e higienizado diariamente, com todos os equipamentos funcionando corretamente, porém, poderiam melhorar a TV, em particular no quarto, atualizando-as. Equipe de funcionários OK, mas, poderiam melhorar, através de treinamento comportamental e perfil profissional. Academia pequena, mas, ótima para fazer uma atividade. Piscina deixou a desejar, pelo excesso de creme e sujeita. Penso que a manutenção deveria ser mais breve e que disponibilizasse chuveiro para entrar fora da sauna, a qual não fui, bem como aquisição de, pelo menos, mais 2 guarda-sóis, pois havia apenas 1 e em más condições. Saguão limpo e asseado, bar arrumado, lustres bonitos, mas, me passava uma sensação de não harmonia. Restaurante bom, com ampla variedade de café da manhã, mas, particularmente, achei os prato para almoço um pouco caros, porém, se justificam pelos ingredientes. Deixar claro, nos anúncios, que o estacionamento é COBRADO A PARTE, ou seja, não há estacionamento, mas, uma parceria, pelo fato do hotel ao lado ser da mesma rede. No geral, voltando a Campinas, é um hotel que vou avaliar se houveram melhoras e se justifica para hospedagem.
