Perfect for the Price point, will stay again
This hotel has no surprises, it’s exactly what you get for the price. It has an old school boutique hotel vibe which was great! The room was clean,it is a great location across from the beach and great restaurant next door. This hotel provided everything we were looking for and a great breakfast in the morning as well. Perfect for the price point. We will stay again. Thank you!

Character Hotel Stay
Customer service was excellent! They upgraded me to a suite to accommodate me checking in 15 mins earlier! Very friendly staff. The vibe is very old home character-ish with lots of antique furniture. The carpets definitely need to be changed but otherwise 10/10 stay. Also a bonus to wake up in front of the ocean. 😍

Total screw up , staff was useless , first room was not correct then next room was not what we booked , nothing else available , went to another hotel. New management apparently, not impressed at all will not be back, we were frequent visitors from out of town. Their loss too bad because it was a good location

Dirty floor
We booked this hotel last minute because of an incoming storm. The reviews seemed promising, so we booked a king room. Upon arrival, it was apparent that the floor hadn’t been vacuumed as there was debris and toenail clippings at the foot of the bed. The check in process was also somewhat confusing, but it all ended up working out. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the continental breakfast was decent. I don’t think we will stay again due to the condition of the floor, which is unfortunate because otherwise it would have been a good experience for us.

Old outdated place. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Dirty counters. Dust bunnies. Terrible service. Three guests, two towels. No restocking items like soap, coffee, towels between days stayed. Housekeeper spoke no English. Definitely won’t stay there again.

This was a horrible experience through Expedia. We got the wrong size room, the bedspread was stained, the kitchen was falling apart. We had to call to get help with check in at 4:30 in the afternoon and there willing to come to the desk and help us. We left and are requiring a refund. Expedia should not be promoting this as a highly rated hotel worth the extra money.

Needed a short overnight while on route to the islands. Staff accommodated a late check in with no fuss and the dogs and I had a nice stay.

Great location. The bed was very comfortable, had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast was great. The underground parking was an unexpected plus. I stayed two nights and enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
